Names Region Russian Federation

Now, OpenCart shows CITY names instead of the names of states for the Russian Federation.
 

========== Opencart version 3.0.2.0+ ===========

We made a list of regions of Russia as a module for version 3.0.2.0+.
You can choose the name of the Russian regions for Russian and English languages.
We have included the region "KRIM", at your request.

Log in to the admin panel and go to 'Extensions' - 'Installer'.
Click button "Upload" and select module`s zip-file.

Go to 'Extensions' - 'Extensions' - 'Modules'.
Find the "Russian Regions" module in the modules list and click the "Install" button.

Attention!
If you see an old list of regions for Russia, then clean the site's cache.

========== Opencart version 2 ===========

This Dump removes all entries from the table `oc_zone` for `country_id`=176 (Russian Federation).
It then adds the new (correct) names and codes of states for the Russian Federation.

 There are two dumps in the archive:

- ENGLISH names for the Region/State of the Russian Federation

- RUSSIAN names for the Region/State of the Russian Federation
